Shuffllifestyle Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At Shuffllifestyle, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please read through our policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange We do not accept returns on any products. However, exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive an incorrect product model.

Conditions for Exchange Exchanges will be processed only if:

The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
The exchange request is submitted within 1 day of receiving the product.
A complete unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the product and packaging from start to finish.

Exchange Process

Unboxing Video: Record a full unboxing video immediately upon receiving the parcel. The video must clearly show the product, packaging, and any visible issues.

Return the Product: Ship the defective or incorrect product back to us in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Ensure that no tampering or alteration has been made.

Receive Exchange: Once we verify the product’s condition and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Important Notes

1. Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of shipping the replacement, but the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exclusions: Exchanges are not available for used items, incorrect orders by the customer, or change-of-mind requests.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

Dispatch Timelines

Dispatched within 3-4 working day.

Working Hours: Our team is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Timelines

Delivered within 7-10 working days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen events like courier delays or natural disruptions.

3. Courier Delays

Shuffllifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Eligibility Cancellations can only be processed if requested before the order has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be honored.

Refund for Cancellations

Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded to the original payment method.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500 (subject to promotional changes).

Delivery Timeline

Typically delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

The courier company will attempt delivery up to three times before the package is returned to us.

Additional Fees may apply for:

Further delivery attempts.

Address changes after the tracking number has been issued.

Accurate Address & Delivery Instructions

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including any special instructions.

Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Shuffllifestyle is not responsible for lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect address or phone number details.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: Delivery to P.O. Box addresses may not be available. Please provide a physical address.

Remote Areas: Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviced by our courier partners. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

Delays & Liability

While we take all necessary steps to ensure timely delivery, Shuffllifestyle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.
